Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vimoora ("the Service"), the online platform that connects content creators with paid video campaigns, at vimoora.com.
By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vimoora.
2. What Vimoora Is
Vimoora is a creator marketplace. Brands post video tasks with a budget, and YouTube creators submit original videos for those tasks. Once a submission is approved, the creator earns based on the views the video receives, paid from the task's budget pool.
Vimoora is a neutral platform. Each task describes the product or topic to feature. The goal is a healthy ecosystem where creators earn fairly and viewers receive useful, truthful content.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You must sign in with Google and connect a valid YouTube channel.
- You must be the owner of the YouTube channel used to submit videos.
- You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for ensuring you are legally allowed to receive payments in your country.
Vimoora does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Vimoora or any campaign sponsor. You participate as an independent creator.
4. Account Rules
- One person must not operate multiple accounts to abuse the program.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must not impersonate another person or channel.
- We may reject, pause, or remove accounts that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive.
5. Honest Participation
Vimoora is built on trust. Cheating, manipulation, or bad-faith behavior damages creators, viewers, and the brands featured in our campaigns. You agree to participate honestly and in good faith at all times.
We expect authentic videos, accurate representation of the featured product or brand, and organic audience growth. Gaming the system is not allowed.
6. Video Submission Rules
When you submit a YouTube URL, you confirm that:
- The video is published on your verified YouTube channel
- The video follows the task's brief and features the product, service, or topic described in that task
- The video is at least 2 minutes long unless the task states otherwise
- The video is public and accessible on YouTube
- The video complies with YouTube rules and applicable law
- You have not submitted the same YouTube video before (each video ID can only be used once across the entire platform)
- You include the referral link provided in your dashboard in the video description when the task requires it
We may approve, reject, pause, or remove submissions at our discretion.
7. Earnings, Views & Payouts
Current platform rules (subject to change):
- Rate: The rate per 1,000 qualified views is set per task and shown on the task
- Tracking: Views are counted after your submission is approved. Earnings generally accrue on new views tracked after approval, not retroactive channel history
- Updates: View counts are refreshed automatically on a schedule and may also be refreshed manually
- Budget pool: Each task has a shared budget pool across all approved videos. Total payouts for a task never exceed that pool. A video earns for up to 3 months from approval, and stops earning once the pool is exhausted
- Minimum payout: $25 USD available balance required to request a payout
- Method: PayPal only, sent to the PayPal email you provide
- Review: Submissions may enter manual review at high view or earnings thresholds (for example, 50,000 views or $50 earned on a video)
Earnings are not guaranteed. View counts come from third-party sources (including YouTube) and may be delayed, adjusted, or corrected. We may recalculate or reverse earnings if errors or fraud are discovered.
Payout timing is not guaranteed. We may delay, deny, reduce, or reverse payouts while reviewing suspected violations.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to your earnings.
8. Prohibited Conduct & Cheating
The following are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive:
- Submitting videos you do not own
- Using bots, click farms, purchased views, view exchanges, sub-for-sub schemes, or any artificial view inflation
- Manipulating, spoofing, or attempting to bypass ownership verification or view tracking
- Operating duplicate accounts or coordinating fraud with others
- Submitting off-topic, misleading, plagiarized, recycled, or low-effort spam content to collect earnings
- Misrepresenting the featured product or brand, or making false claims to drive views
- Attempting to exploit bugs, timing gaps, or policy loopholes
- Any other cheating attempt or bad-faith conduct related to Vimoora
9. Zero Tolerance Enforcement
If you are caught engaging in any form of cheating or related misconduct, your account and earnings may be terminated immediately, with or without warning.
Enforcement may include:
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban
- Rejection or removal of submissions
- Forfeiture of pending, accrued, and unpaid earnings linked to the violation
- Reversal of payouts already sent if fraud is later confirmed
- Permanent exclusion from Vimoora
We are not required to provide a warning before acting. Enforcement decisions may be made using automated systems, manual review, YouTube data, and internal audit logs. Decisions may be final for program integrity.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your YouTube videos. By submitting a video, you grant Vimoora a non-exclusive license to use your video title, thumbnail, URL, channel name, and public performance stats (such as views and earnings) for platform operation, tracking, display, promotion of the platform, and leaderboard purposes.
Brand names and logos referenced in a task (including Vimoora and each featured product's marks) remain the property of their respective owners. You may reference them in your videos as directed by the task brief, but you may not imply official employment, partnership, or endorsement beyond being a platform participant.
11. Third-Party Services
Vimoora relies on third-party services including Google, YouTube, and PayPal. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or errors caused by those services.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Program Changes
We may change payout rates, caps, review thresholds, eligibility rules, or other program terms at any time. Changes may be posted on the site or in these Terms. Unless we say otherwise, changes apply going forward.
We may pause, limit, or end the creator program at any time.
13. Termination
You may stop using Vimoora at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or to protect the platform.
Upon termination for cause, you forfeit unpaid earnings tied to violating activity and lose access to the Service.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, specific earnings, payout timing, or perfect view-count accuracy.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vimoora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost views, lost earnings, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount we paid you in the 3 months before the claim or (b) $50 USD.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vimoora, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your videos, your conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first at hopetashi@gmail.com and allow a reasonable time to respond.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vimoora's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal action where permitted.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Vimoora after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
